How
long have you guys been around?
Angry Young Man and its parent company (PATF) have been in business since
1998. We have sold tens of thousands of our tapes to thousands of satisifed
guys - and a few ladies, too. |

Are
these tapes LEGAL?
The Angry Young Man video titles are totally legal to own and to view in
the privacy of your own home. |

Why
are certain titles not available in certain states?
United States Postal Regulations prohibit our sending videotapes depicting
certain "activities" to certain states. If you live in FL, TN
or KY and you've been notified that we cannot process your order, ask your
old Army buddy in Illinois if he will accept your package for you and then
forward it your way. |

How
are they packaged?
Each videocassette is placed in a protective vinyl VHS tape box and then
mailed to you in standard Priority Mail packaging. All of our DVD titles are labled with a
four-color sleeve, inserted into a standard Amaray box and shrink-wrapped before
being mailed in a padded Priority Mail envelope. (Federal Express is available
for an additional charge.) There is no indication on the outside of the
box as to what's contained within. Our preprinted return address labels
have the initials "AYM" as the first line in our address. |

How
do you get my purchases to me? Can you expedite my order?
We like Priority Mail. It's inexpensive, can be tracked, and the United
States Post Office is good enough to provide us with free boxes and envelopes.
However, if you use a credit card to place your order, you may request that
we use Federal Express to send your package. A seperate charge will appear
on your VISA or MasterCard. |

My
tape got smashed in the mail. My VCR ate it. Can I get a replacement?
Of course. Just drop your damaged tape into a box, slap $1.85 in stamps
on it and mail it back to us with a short note. We'll be pleased to send
you a replacement tape at no charge. The request for replacement needs to
happen within 60 days of your purchase. |

How
do you carry out the actual videotaping without getting caught?
Very, VERY carefully. |

Will
my name and address be sold to countless mail lists?
Never. Although we purchase gay mail lists from anyone who's got one to
sell, we will NEVER share your name with any other company. We promise on
a stack-o-bibles. |

Are
these titles available on DVD?
Yes they are. Most titles are available on DVD. They can be ordered
by clicking the DVD order button at the top of each of their respective
pages. The prices are the same as their VHS counterparts. More titles will
be released every few months. |

I
paid with a check last week. Why haven't I received my tapes yet?
Personal checks require a wait period of 15-18 working days before the tapes
can be mailed out, in the event that a check is written on a closed account
or on an account containing insufficient funds. Please keep in mind that
even though you have access to your personal bank statements, we do not.
Therefore, we are unaware of the time of clearance of a personal check.
We only find out about the rubber checks - and that news takes 15 working
days to reach us. |

Can
you please add me to your mailing list?
Sure - if you're not ready to make a purchase yet, just write us, asking
us to add your name. Sign your note, and please include $5.00 to cover the
initial costs. |

What
happens if one of the Marines shown in your tapes finds out?
That happened, once. He was more curious then mad. He offered to sell us
tapes of him with his cousin. We politely declined. |

I
have some original hidden-cam footage. Wanna buy it?
Sure - although statistically, transactions like this rarely work out. You'll
need to mail us the original tapes for review, trusting that we won't incorporate
them into our product line without imbursing you. If we like your work,
though, we shell out big bucks for an hour of usable footage. Email us for

Can
I drop by 1286 University Avenue and buy some of your products in person?
If you do that, you will totally confuse the nice Korean family that runs
our mail service. Please don't. We can tell that they already think that
we're up to no good. Our warehouse isn't located anywhere near University
Avenue anyway. |

know of another company selling copies of your tapes. What should I do?
By all means, TELL US. It's vigilant customers like yourself who keep us
informed of would-be copyright infringers all over the globe. If we use
the information you provide to win a judgement or a settlement, we'll share
it with you. |

In addition, AYM, as part of the credit card processing system, must provide limited information to the services that connect it to the companies that perform the banking functions. The credit card associations have strict privacy rules that these companies must adhere to in order to be authorized to receive and process credit card transactions. AYM will never knowingly provide your information credit card information outside of this system.
AYM employs the latest and best techniques available for protecting its systems from intrusion by unauthorized individuals, and is constantly upgrading its security as better methods become available. All information is stored behind firewalls and other sophisticated security systems. In addition, our data center utilizes state-of-the-art physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the facility.
AYM does not request, or knowingly collect identifiable information from children under the age of 18. AYM does not knowingly use or share personal information from users under the age of 18 with third parties. AYM does not offer children any promotions involving games, prizes, or any other activity that would induce a child to divulge personal information.
